Something has to change.
When negative thoughts feel overwhelming, it’s easy to get stuck in patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, or harsh self-criticism. Maybe you constantly feel like you’re not doing enough, worry about worst-case scenarios, or struggle with feeling unworthy. These thought patterns can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and your ability to move forward.

I can help.
Imagine waking up without the weight of constant self-doubt. Picture yourself speaking up without fear, trusting in your own decisions, and responding to challenges with confidence rather than anxiety. Therapy with CBT and CFT gives you the tools to rewrite your inner story and step into a more empowered, self-compassionate, and fulfilling life.
What therapy can look like.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, breaking the cycle of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) takes it a step further, teaching you how to replace self-criticism with self-kindness and emotional resilience. Together, these modalities help you shift from feeling stuck in negativity to fostering a mindset of self-acceptance, confidence, and possibility.

Virtual with an in-person option.
Healing should be accessible and convenient—wherever you are. With teletherapy, you can receive the same compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your home or any private space that feels right for you. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule, prefer the ease of virtual sessions, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.
At the same time, I recognize the value of in-person connection. That’s why I offer in-person sessions on a limited basis, when availability allows. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds—consistent support through virtual sessions, with the option to meet face-to-face, so you can get the care that fits your life and healing journey.
My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward.
I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
