Your journey begins here. In this initial session, we take the time to understand your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. This is a space to share your story, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and collaborate on a plan tailored to your healing and growth.


Individual Sessions and Intensives (45 min - $150 or 90 min - $360)
Personalized one-on-one therapy designed to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and life’s challenges. In these 45-minute sessions, you’ll gain insight, develop coping strategies, and build resilience in a supportive, empowering space. You don’t have to do this alone. Ask about Intensive sessions for streamlined work that takes up less room in your schedule.
Couples Counseling and Intensives(45 min - $150 or 90 min - $360)
Relationships take work, and whether you’re navigating conflict, current or upcoming changes, or reconnecting, couples therapy offers a space for growth and understanding. Standard 45 min sessions focus on ongoing support, while 90 min or longer sessions allow time for a deeper, focused healing, with more time to work on skill development and solution implementation.


EMDR Therapy and Intensives (45 min - $150 or 90 min - $360)
For those struggling with trauma, anxiety, or deeply rooted emotional pain, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) offers a research-backed approach to healing. Shorter sessions support steady progress, while intensive sessions allow for deeper, transformative breakthroughs.
Virtual with an in-person option.

With teletherapy, you can receive the same compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your home or any private space that feels right for you. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule, prefer the ease of virtual sessions, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.
At the same time, I recognize the value of in-person connection. That’s why I offer in-person sessions on a limited basis, when availability allows. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds—consistent support through virtual sessions, with the option to meet face-to-face, so you can get the care that fits your life and healing journey.

I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
