Heal in comfort.
Talking about trauma, challenges, and being vulnerable is not comfortable. But one thing that can be? The space you’re in. Sometimes, the hardest part of doing something new or difficult is just getting there—leaving the comfort of your space. Online therapy lets you be in your space, in your comfortable clothes—making the next step toward the change you want that much easier.

Just as good, more convenient.
You might wonder whether virtual therapy is as effective as in-person sessions. Rest assured, research shows that it is— including for modalities like EMDR. Clients who were initially hesitant to try teletherapy are surprised by how beneficial it can be. I completely understand the appeal of in-person connection, which is why I love having a shared office space to offer both options. When availability allows, we can incorporate in-person sessions as needed.
Focus on the right fit.
With online therapy, you have access to any therapist licensed in your state. If you’ve found your way here and feel like I could be the right fit for you, there’s no need to worry about distance or commute. Instead, you can focus on what truly matters—finding the therapist who best meets your needs.

Make the most of your time.
The time it takes to drive somewhere and back can be the hardest part about fitting something new into your schedule. You could do therapy on your lunch, but maybe not if you include the drive time. Virtual therapy allows you to be most efficient with your day, and sometimes that is what we need to finally get the help we are ready for.
My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward.
I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
