Something has to change.
Certain memories or past experiences can feel like they have a hold on you—whether they show up as intrusive thoughts, overwhelming emotions, or patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you avoid reminders of the past, struggle with trust, or feel stuck in cycles of fear, shame, or emotional numbness. Trauma isn’t just something that happened—it lingers in your nervous system and the way you experience the world.

I can help.
Imagine a life where the past no longer controls your emotions or self-worth. Where you feel safe, whole, and confident in yourself and your relationships. EMDR helps you break free from trauma’s grip, allowing you to step into a future of strength, clarity, and emotional freedom.
What therapy can look like.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional intensity. Instead of feeling stuck in the past, EMDR helps you move through it, allowing you to feel safer in your body, more present in your life, and free from the weight of old wounds. It's an awesome process. I'd love to chat with you more about it.

Virtual with an in-person option.
Healing should be accessible and convenient—wherever you are. With teletherapy, you can receive the same compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your home or any private space that feels right for you. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule, prefer the ease of virtual sessions, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.
At the same time, I recognize the value of in-person connection. That’s why I offer in-person sessions on a limited basis, when availability allows. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds—consistent support through virtual sessions, with the option to meet face-to-face, so you can get the care that fits your life and healing journey.
My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward.
I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
