Something has to change.
Sometimes, we carry parts of ourselves that feel wounded, unheard, or unworthy. Maybe you’ve noticed an inner voice that’s critical or fearful, or you find yourself repeating patterns in relationships that don’t serve you. At the core of these struggles are often unhealed emotional wounds—parts of you that needed care, validation, and safety but didn’t receive it.

I can help.
Imagine feeling whole and grounded—no longer defined by past wounds or old beliefs. Picture stepping into relationships with confidence, trusting yourself, and feeling a deep sense of inner peace. With IFS and Inner Child Work, you’ll rediscover the strength, resilience, and joy that have always been within you.
What therapy can look like.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Inner Child Work offer a gentle and transformative way to heal these parts of yourself. Instead of pushing away pain or shame, these approaches help you build a relationship with yourself based on understanding and self-trust. You’ll learn to nurture the younger parts of you that still carry past fears, while also strengthening the empowered, confident self that exists within you.

Virtual with an in-person option.
Healing should be accessible and convenient—wherever you are. With teletherapy, you can receive the same compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your home or any private space that feels right for you. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule, prefer the ease of virtual sessions, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.
At the same time, I recognize the value of in-person connection. That’s why I offer in-person sessions on a limited basis, when availability allows. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds—consistent support through virtual sessions, with the option to meet face-to-face, so you can get the care that fits your life and healing journey.
My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward.
I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
