Something has to change.
When life feels overwhelming, your body often carries the weight of it—tight muscles, chronic fatigue, restlessness, or a sense of being constantly on edge. Maybe you struggle to relax, feel disconnected from yourself, or experience emotions that feel stuck in your body. When stress, anxiety, and trauma become stored in the nervous system, talking alone isn’t always enough to release them.

I can help.
Imagine waking up without tension weighing you down, feeling at ease in your own skin, and knowing how to calm your mind and body when stress arises. Somatic and meditative practices help you move from merely coping to truly thriving—grounded, balanced, and in tune with yourself.
What therapy can look like.
Somatic Therapy and Meditative Practices help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and find a sense of calm from within. By using movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding exercises, these approaches help you release stored tension and emotions, allowing for deeper healing. Instead of being overwhelmed by stress or past experiences, you’ll learn how to feel safe, present, and at peace in your own body.

Virtual with an in-person option.
Healing should be accessible and convenient—wherever you are. With teletherapy, you can receive the same compassionate, professional support from the comfort of your home or any private space that feels right for you. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule, prefer the ease of virtual sessions, or simply feel more comfortable in your own environment.
At the same time, I recognize the value of in-person connection. That’s why I offer in-person sessions on a limited basis, when availability allows. This hybrid approach gives you the best of both worlds—consistent support through virtual sessions, with the option to meet face-to-face, so you can get the care that fits your life and healing journey.
My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward.
I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work, depending on what's the best fit for the client.
